Cancellation Policy
At Bespoke Gentlemen Grooming & Wellness, we value both your time and ours.
Our scheduling policies are designed to ensure fairness to all clients and to allow our team adequate opportunity to accommodate appointment requests.
By booking an appointment with Bespoke Gentlemen Grooming & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request that any appointment cancellations or changes be made as early as possible.
Our cancellation fees are as follows:
• 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment: No cancellation fee applies.
• 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment:A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s) will apply.
• Less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booked service(s) will apply.
Cancellation fees help compensate our business and our team for the appointment time that has been specifically reserved for you and that is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.
2. Appointment Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
• More than 48 hours' notice: Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment: Appointments may be rescheduled; however, a 50% service fee may apply where the original appointment time cannot be refilled.
• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: Rescheduling will be treated as a late cancellation and a fee equal to 100% of the booked service(s) may apply.
Any exception to these fees remains at the discretion of Bespoke Gentlemen Grooming & Wellness.
3. No Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice ("No Show") will be charged 100% of the booked service(s).
Repeated no-shows may require future appointments to be prepaid in full at the time of booking.
4. Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can occur; however, arriving late may impact both your service and subsequent client appointments.
• If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to ensure our schedule remains on time.
• Where there is insufficient time to safely complete your service, your appointment may need to be
cancelled, and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
• Full-service fees may still be charged where the appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival.
5. Appointment Confirmations & Reminders
As a courtesy, Bespoke Gentlemen Grooming & Wellness will send appointment reminders via SMS and/or email prior to your scheduled appointment.
These reminders are provided as a convenience only.
It remains the client's responsibility to remember and attend their scheduled appointment regardless of whether reminder notifications are received.
6. Payment of Cancellation Fees
By booking an appointment, you authorise Bespoke Gentlemen Grooming & Wellness to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to the payment method held on file, where permitted.
Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that genuine emergencies, serious illness, or unforeseen circumstances can arise.
Where appropriate, Bespoke Gentlemen Grooming & Wellness may waive or reduce cancellation fees at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. The decision to waive any fee is entirely at the discretion of management and does not establish an ongoing precedent.
